Hyde Group's holding company is Hyde Industrial Holdings Ltd, which is privately owned and was established in 1968. The day-to-day management of the company was divested to Hyde Group in 1981.
Located near Manchester in England, Hyde Group controls three core operating divisions. The largest is the tooling division, which handles airframe tooling and design, the aero products division designs and manufactures non-aerospace products, primarily servicing the caterpillar organisation. The company currently employs 1,400 people and has a sales revenue of £107 million ($155 million).
