Machining 5/4/3 Axis Strategic Machining

Our strategic machining facilities have been created to support a dedicated supply to aircraft programmes. These facilities operate on a very lean “lights out” basis and benefit from the focus of initial engineering and production input. This maximises utilisation and reduces the labour element of the recurring cost. These facilities utilise capital equipment that is specified and dedicated to a particular project or contract. This solution gives us the opportunity to compete in the low cost marketplace. We currently have approximately 50 machines utilised within our “lights out” facilities.
