Production Sheet Metal Facility

Our volume production sheet metal facility manufactures on average 10,000 components per week. A strong communication and reporting structure supports a culture of improvement against KPI`s, which are reviewed regularly to ensure maximum business relevance.

Our production facility comprises of the following equipment:-

• 3 offline Autocad seats, with the ability to accept engineering data in almost any format
• 1 x 2 axis CMM with FAIR capability
• 4 x 3 axis routers (2500mm x 1250mm)
• 1 x 5 axis routers (2000mm x 1700mm)
• 1 x 3 axis waterjet (3000mm x 2000mm)
• 4 interstage heat treatment ovens/furnace (650 Celsius)
• Walk through freezer
• Hammerlee flattening rolls
• 4 x 7 axis Amada Promecam Pressbrakes ranging from 4200mm to 1000mm
• 1 x John Shaw 5400ton rubber pad press (6ft x 4ft twin table)
• 2 x 10sq ft Precipitation ovens
• Section rollers
• Zwick tensile testing machines
• Indentec hardness testing machine
• 3 conductivity meters
• 70 skilled sheet metal workers
• 30 semi skilled sheetmetal workers
