Design

On site at Hyde Group is a staff design office equipped with the latest Autodesk Inventor solid modelling soft wear, our on site designers are qualified in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical power generation, Electrical signalling and Mechanical design. Each designer has a specialist subject.

Electrical.

The electrical caries a separate BAe approval for Flying part electrical wiring and test equipment as a result the department has its own store and management team. Systems handled by this department are as follows;- Electrical power generation from 45 Kva / 600amps DC through to 120Kva / 1200amps DC, 0 to 10volts signalling, standard machinery wiring, System programming using Microsoft and National Instruments soft wear and final Integration of touch screen systems as required.

Pressure Testing Area

The test facility at Hyde Group is equipped with Gas testing equipment in the range from 0 to 10,000psi, Vacuum testing with Helium leak detection, Static hydraulic testing up to 20,000psi using various hydraulic oils including SYDROL, automatic Ultrasonic cleaning equipment, Vapour degreasing equipment using LEKSOL or other such fluids,

General

The main factory is equipped with standard Tool room machinery allowing it to adapt to varying customer needs at short notice or due to embedded systems capable of medium sized production runs. An 11,000 sq ft assembly area is serviced with 10ton lifting equipment which allows Hyde Group to build equipment from the small private jets through a range up to C130 main assembly sections.
