All assembly work is carried out within our substantial classified clean rooms, approximate area 6,500 Sq.ft. plus 2,000 Sq.ft. of electronic testing facility.

Aqueous cleaning is carried out in a dedicated environment using Ultra-Sonic tanks and proven techniques to give optimum cleanliness.

CNC machining is complimented by the use of twin palleted machining centres situated within a modern workshop. Designed to ensure on-time scheduling of manufacture and the monitoring of production methods, production engineering also liases closely with customers to ensure that all design changes are immediately recorded and actioned, and tooling is maintained at the latest drawing issue and covers all J.I.T and Kanban schedules.

Our purchasing ensures that all supply schedules adhere to project demands throughout the supply chain network. We employ an MRP purchasing proceedure and within our prefered suppliers list ensure that on production purchasing each supplier supplys parts in an allocated kit format, an established process that ensures a J.I.T delivery against orders with exact quantities keeping stock holding to a minimum and giving close control on material costs
