This exciting opportunity has been created due to business growth, and would involve you leading and managing a range of projects to ensure that we meet our quality, cost and delivery targets. 

You’ll use your experience to manage the full project life cycle, including overseeing project feasibility, mitigation of any risks, tracking performance delivery and adapting the project plan when needed. You’ll also add value by drawing on your engineering experience to support continuous improvement activity within the business

Naturally, you will engage with your stakeholders (which will include our customers and our engineering/production team) to define and communicate key project deliverables and performance targets.   A project engineer will report into you and you’ll ensure they are engaged to meet all project deliverables.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A proven track record of project management within an engineering/aerospace background.

  • Key Account Management/Commercial background

  • A formal qualification in project management or have a related degree project management degree

  • An Engineering qualification and have a solid engineering background.

  • ·Experience of working in customer facing teams

  • Lean/6 sigma knowledge
