This exciting opportunity would involve you contributing towards the business meeting its quality and delivery targets. Naturally, you will support the Quality Manager in dealing with non-conformance, providing constructive feedback to ensure that the site maintains conformance to meet our customer approvals.
You will work collaboratively with the Quality Manager/Technical Manager to ensure that the site is prepared for both NADCAP and AS9100 audits and meets the requirements to maintain the accreditations.You’ll deal with any customer queries with regard to quality, actively using these as an opportunity to delight our customers.
You will use your experience to take an active role in all relevant quality improvement activities. You will also play an active role in supporting NPI to ensure that all QA standards are in place.
Proven track record as a Quality Engineer in either Aerospace/Automotive industry
Familiar with a range of problem solving techniques 5 why, fish bone 8D
Understanding of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements
Surface treatment knowledge.
