Congratulations to Hyde Precision Components, Hyde Group’s advanced aerospace and defence machining provider, for successfully achieving the ADS SC21 Bronze Award for Operational Excellence.
Supply Chains for the 21st Century (SC21) is an improvement programme designed to accelerate the competitiveness of the aerospace and defence industry by raising the performance of its supply chains.
Well done to Managing Director Sean Bennett and his team, as well as Dave Holland, Divisional Continuous Improvement Manager, who is co-ordinating the programme to accredit all the businesses within the Hyde Aero Products’ division to the SC21 standards.
Sean Bennett said: “For the last year our focus has been on continuous improvement and achieving manufacturing excellence. We’ve invested considerably back into the business to both expand the services offered and improve efficiencies across others. We’re thrilled to receive the award as it validates all the hard work we’ve put in and we’re looking forward to building on this achievement and progressing through the SC21 programme.”
