As an Administrative Assistant, you would be raising purchase orders and sales invoices on our SAP system, collating employee’s information, and updating spreadsheets. You’ll also process the company payroll and be involved with general office administrative tasks.
Naturally, you’ll have an eye for detail, have the ability to work to deadlines and be comfortable with processing high volumes of data.
You will also be handling telephone calls/queries from both internal and external customers, and dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis.
The ideal candidate should be a hardworking, confident team player and possess the following attributes outlined below:
· A willingness to learn administrative skills in a professional environment
· Organisational and time management skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Good ICT Knowledge
In this Apprenticeship, you will be working towards a recognised qualification in Business Administration.
