A key part of the role is to engage in proactive communication with key customers to provide updates on their specific project throughout its lifecycle. This will entail liaising with the different departments within the business (engineering, operations, stores etc.) as necessary to ensure accurate information is always available.
You will often be involved with customers or suppliers, either by telephone or face to face, and so a friendly approachable demeanour is a must.
Main Duties
Supporting key customers.
Regular orderbook updates.
Proactive communication.
Handle queries and escalations.
Processing new sales enquiries and loading onto SAP.
Running and updating internal key performance indicators.
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
Front of house for greeting customers and suppliers.
Training will be provided for the above duties.
In addition to the above tasks there will also be a requirement to support all general administrative duties including inputting SAP data, completing the weekly wages input, sales and purchase ledger activities, greeting guests, phone answering etc.
Essential Requirements
